I sooooo understand this. Rob was NOT willing in the beginning. There were many conversations over many days, weeks and months.
Many times I felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster.
Over the long run, Rob began to see how much it helped me. And slowly began to accept his role more and more. He was not a natural HOH, he is a kind and gentle man. He was brought up to respect women and to be kind and careful, he is strong. He was afraid of hurting me. It took time, patience and conversation. I also bought him a few books on domestic discipline and how to spank your wife etc. In the beginning, he would not read it.
Have patience, and continue to talk. Maybe he will explore information on the internet, maybe he will read some of the posts here.
