I'm 70 and in a long distance with a lady in Florida. LD is hard but we both work at it and get together as often as time, work and money will allow. There are lots of "for fun" spanking which can last a half hour or more. I make sure she feels very much like she's been spanked. Then there are discipline spankings. I don't give arbitrary rules but we agree on rules for her safety and anything she feels she need to be held accountable. Under stand that we haven't been able to spend a span of time together where we could get in an argument where she might backtalk or show attitude. She self reports if she breaks a rule and knows that the spanking she will get a hard spanking with nothing "fun" about it. I also believe in after care and reconnection and cuddling to reassure her that all is forgiven and all I fell for her is love.
