I have been reading the forum for some time now and thought I would register and contribute what I can. My wife and I have been practicing Domestic Discipline for about 8 years. It helped our good but struggling marriage almost immediately. In the years since DD has given us a much deeper appreciation of the depths of marriage and helped us realize that its a lot of work. DD has also taught us that many of the traditional roles for men and women suit us far more than we realized.

Thanks everyone for the very warm welcome. Hopefully we will be able to impart some wisdom but, just the same, we have found we are always on a learning curve with how relationships work. It's a lot more work than we realized and we've been incredibly grateful for the wealth of insights DD has brought us.
