I’ve noticed some people have little sayings and stuff under their posts. Can just anybody do a saying or something and if so how do you do it? Also, the same for your id picture; can just anyone have one, does it have to be a specific theme or type, and how do you do it? Sorry for bugging with questions!!

Top right of the main screen, click on your username, then click on "User Control Panel." The settings are in there. The picture has some pretty tight size restrictions.
