Welcome southernmom!
It's refreshing to learn how DD transformed your marriage. Really happy for you.
🌸 I want a husband who will love me enough to punish me.

In fact, many wife’s tells the same story as you do, that the husband had to be persuaded.
I wonder why?
Is it the times? Has the age of feminism made that thinking impossible - for men?
Or is it true, that some sources claim, that there are many more submissive´s than dominant counterparts?
(FYI: I didn’t need any persuasion, I was born a HoH ... :D )
Our change to DD is very similar. Married 20 years, empty nest, I asked for DD. I think it is the times we were brought up in, women’s lib, independence etc. I believe society gave us “norms” to live within that does not suite our natural tendency and for many of us, we are naturally submissive and thrive in a submissive role.

Just my two cents worth.

Thanks for you input!
I think it’s as interesting as it is impressive that you manage to turn a twenty-year marriage around like that! In my first marriage we tried but it didn’t work out that well at all…
