Are there any techniques you use in your household to get things going again? When life gets busy and you decide it’s time to get back on track and get things under control again? We took a break due to my emotional state after a tragic loss. Somewhat started back again. Then took another break for his own reasoning. We have a hard time starting back again. Once we get going we’re fine it’s just getting to that point. Any ideas? Things you’ve done that worked?
