Brandon makes me two waters before he goes to bed. He brings me one of them when we are done for the night. He puts the second in the refrigerator and than first thing in the morning I grab the bottle and drink it before I have my coffee. After coffee I drink another bottle. This normally brings me to lunch and I will drink a different flavor of water with my meal. If we have soda in the house I will drink one can. Than I fill up my water bottle again. This last till about 2:30 p.m. I am usually busy from 2:30-5. When we eat dinner at 5:00 I drink another bottle. Right after dinner I fill it up again and make sure I drink it before 8:00 p.m. I tug my kids in for bed and then will sit on the couch with my youngest and nurse him. This is when Brandon brings me one of the bottles he made.
