Deleting PMs

Post by Emily » Mon Apr 06, 2020 6:13 am

When I try to delete old private messages by checking the boxes next to each message and then selecting "delete messages" from the drop down I get the following error message "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." The only way I've found to delete messages is by opening each one individually and then deleting it using the delete message icon.

Please update us with the solution, because I want to delete messages too.

You can still delete them. You just have to open up the message and delete it from there.

True, but it's too much work, and I'm looking for a shortcut ;)

No one writes to me anymore so I don't have that problem.

Hi Emily,

thanks for the link. Yes I've tried it myself and it's indeed an error in the software.
I will update this in the next weeks. Although the last update was some weeks ago, it didn't contain this solution.
