My mother herself is commenting she feels like in a sci-fi movie. And she dislikes sci-fi. This is bad.

I hate watching the news. I live in one of the most affected states and the governor has his daily press conference. It’s so scary to hear how the city is just put on hold. A county near me has over 100 cases and that’s where my husband works. I am so scared with him going to work. I am thankful he still has his job but scared to death something will happen. I don’t think he and I would be able to handle this virus. I just pray that it starts to lessen sooner.

Small world problems: My Anatomy Scan was scheduled for April 4th. They rescheduled it to April 25th. I totally understand but kinda really disappointed.

That sucks Lauren, hopefully you get to do the appointment on the 25th. We are struggling with all of our cancelled, rescheduled, postponed indefinitely plans as well. My son is struggling with his birthday this week, it breaks my heart as a momma. It’s a small thing but it’s so big to him and there isn’t anything I can do. (Obviously we are going to do the best we can at home with the three of us but it’s not a party with friends! We are trying to organize a zoom party 🤣)

I hope your son will still have a good birthday despite not being able to have a party.
